Prior to joining TCV, Tom practiced law for more than 18 years in Virginia, Mississippi, West Virginia, and Texas, most recently at the Beale Law Firm, PC where his practice focused on estate planning and administration as well as defending law enforcement officers in civil litigation matters. Tom completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University with a B. S. in Marketing with a Minor in History. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
